  • Are you concerned about the safety and comfort of aging family members?
  • Are you a caregiver to an older person?


TroveStreet is a local online resource for immediate and long-term planning related to aging.  It is powered by Embracing Aging, an initiative of York County Community Foundation.


Making stops at public libraries across York County, each TroveStreet seminar includes:

  • Subject matter experts representing a variety of aging-in-place topics sharing their advice, resources, and tips for aging well.
  • Strategies to help families navigate difficult conversations with their aging loved ones.
  • Snacks, prizes, and fun included!
